Custom hand made shift knob from upcycled decking boards and skateboards.
Thread pitch is compatible with most cars and 4wds just confirm and research which one you need before purchase and feel free to reach out if you aren’t sure!
Shift patterns are now now installed under the clear coat, along with a new aluminium sleeve that is installed inside the shift knob rather than the wood itself being tapped to the thread size to increase strength and longevity.
Includes:
- Shift Knob
- threaded sleeve (m10x1.25 or m12x1.25)
- mini epoxy glue
- wicked cool sticker
Steps of installation:
1. Thread aluminium sleeve onto shifter untill tight
2. Mix 2 part epoxy together and coat the inside of the shifter
3. Slide on wooden shifter to aluminium sleeve
DONE!
(The installation of shift knob to aluminium sleeve is left to customer to ensure that the shift pattern is always straight on every car that someone may have, as I can’t guarantee that if I pre epoxy them in they will line up perfectly if I base it on my Landcruiser!)
